How do I obtain log in credentials for Up to Date?

To obtain a log in for Up To Date, you must be at a Dignity Health facility or connected to the Dignity Health network when first registering for an account. Once on a connected computer, go to www.UpToDate.com to create your account. Once you have set up your log in credentials, you can log in to UpToDate from anywhere.
To maintain uninterrupted access, you will need to log in while on the Dignity Health network at least once every 90 days. Although the Library is happy to answer questions about UpToDate, we cannot log in for you due to licensing restrictions.
